I’m following a slightly different way of eating based around fasting.

It focuses on fasting from 11pm until 3pm each day.

So I miss out breakfast completely and have 2 main meals and some snacks.

This feels so counter intuitive to everything I’ve ever followed but I’m still yet to get a six pack and the guy I’m following on a closed Facebook group has got really ripped abs. So I’m giving it a go.

Meal 1 – 3pm
3 whole eggs
2 slices of wholemeal toast
Medium Avocado
Cherry Tomatoes
Blueberries & strawberries

Meal 2 – 8pm 
Grilled Salmon or chicken
Sweet potato or brown rice

2 x protein bars
Apple with peanut butter

Total – 1600 calories approx.
